The more than 400 artists at the 2015 Underground Music Showcase churned out four memorable days of performances in venues along South Broadway in Denver.
The highlights spanned genres and came from headlining artists on the main stage as well as smaller, independent acts that are the festival's main focus.
Colorado hip-hop artist Qbala delivered a strong opening night set on Thursday. Fans packed into pews to watch Covenhoven play a Friday folk show in a church. Strange Americans gave a rowdy late-night performance at the Skylark Lounge on the festival’s third day. And Denver’s own Tennis played a triumphant headlining show on the main stage Sunday to close out the festival.
