Moving a moose requires a helicopter, a net and sturdy straps – and if it's done right, absolutely no tranquilizers. That's the approach the Colorado Division of Wildlife takes when it relocates moose from Utah to Colorado's Grand Mesa, 10 miles east of Grand Junction. Eighty-four moose are new state residents, and there are more to come. Dean Riggs is a wildlife manager with the division. He talks to Ryan Warner.
