Denver voters decide this August whether to ban the use of exotic animals solely for entertainment purposes, though major circus companies and Denver residents campaigning against the ballot issue say the animals aren't harmed and don't want this long-standing tradition to end. Pancho Hays, co-manager of the group Keep the Circus in Denver, speaks against the ban.
