Starting next fall, principals in the Denver Public School district will be paid in a new way. Student achievement and enrollment will be major factors in determining salary. It’s the same approach DPS took with a pay system for teachers, called ProComp. Dan Meyers talks to Brad Jupp, the district's senior academic policy advisor, and Kathy Callum, principal of East High School.
