Last week on the show, we dug into what's happening at Denver's Cole College Prep. The charter school is closing because KIPP, the group that took responsibility for turning the middle school around, is backing out.KIPP – based in San Francisco – is short for the Knowledge Is Power Program. KIPP officials said they couldn't find a qualified principal to lead Cole. But KIPP's Sunshine Peak Academy – in west Denver – is a success story. Ryan Warner talks to principal Rich Barrett.
