In 1999, state wildlife officials released the first Canadian lynx into Colorado's San Juan Mountains as part of a controversial reintroduction program. Rick Kahn, wildlife management supervisor with the Colorado Division of Wildlife, reports on the discovery of the first Canadian lynx kittens born in Colorado since the reintroduction.
