Colorado voters helped leverage a national political shift yesterday, sending Democrats to key offices and giving some usually secure Republicans a scare. Voters also made big decisions about marriage and domestic partnerships. They raised the state's minimum wage. And they elected Democrat Bill Ritter as governor.
