Project Helps Citizens Prove Identity

Colorado now requires state-issued ID to receive some state and local services, from Medicaid to public housing.For people who aren't accustomed to having to prove who they are, obtaining an ID can be difficult. The Rose Community Foundation wants to help; it recently established the Citizen ID Collaboration Project. The goal: help those entitled to IDs get them. Linda Olson is senior attorney for Colorado Legal Services and manages the project. She talks to Ryan Warner.
