Many Coloradans don’t realize they now need to buy a Habitat Stamp to hike in state wildlife areas. The annual $10 fee is new this year. The state will use the money to conserve more land and create additional wildlife habitat. The division’s spokesman, Tim Holeman, talks to Ryan Warner.
