Governor-elect John Hickenlooper’s transition team is asking Coloradans for their ideas about what he should focus on in his first weeks in office. The Hickenlooper-Garcia transition organization “Partners for Colorado” is hosting a public meeting in Broomfield tonight (11/17) and meetings throughout the state on Saturday (11/20). The team also met with citizens in Durango, and Summit County. George Merritt is a spokeman for Partners for Colorado. He talked to Colorado Public Radio’s Anna Panoka about what residents are sharing with transition leaders.
