School officials are reportedly recommending that Littleton Public Schools agree to a deal to provide information to the family of Claire Davis about the 2013 school shooting that left her dead.
The Denver Post reports that an agenda item for Thursday's school board meeting originally stated that staffers recommend accepting a proposal from Davis' family to learn more about what happened in exchange for a promise not to sue the district.
The agenda item currently posted just says the deal will be discussed but doesn't include the recommendation.
The Davis family could be able to sue under a proposal being considered at the state Capitol.
