Colorado lost 3,900 jobs in March after gaining 12,200 jobs in February, the state reported Tuesday. The unemployment rate, however, remained unchanged from February at 4.2 percent.
Overall, 2,400 people more people had jobs in March and 500 fewer people were unemployed.
Since March 2014, unemployment has fallen by 1.3 percent, even as the number of people participating in the job market has increased.
