Denver-based Chipotle will soon offer all part-time employees benefits once available only to full-time workers.
Starting July 1, all workers at the Mexican restaurant chain will receive paid vacation time, sick pay and tuition reimbursement, ABC News reports.
“It’s an incredible statement by our leadership about how much we want to invest in the best people we have and to keep them with us,” Chipotle recruitment strategy manager JD Cummings said of the new policy.
