Updated -- A Colorado urban search and rescue team working in Hurricane Florence floodwaters rescued an Army National Guard rescue team Sunday when floodwaters tipped a vehicle carrying evacuees, The Denver Post reports.
Forty-five members of the Colorado-based team under the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) left Colorado on Sept. 11.
Editor's note: The team from Colorado rescued National Guard personnel, not members of their own team, as previously reported. This story has been corrected.
