How I Built My Own Brick Wall and the Sledgehammer of Experience

In this lecture, we identify ways researchers have built their own "brick walls" through inexperience, lack of organization, and incorrect assumptions, and we'll explore how to resolve these issues.
Rebecca Whitman Koford is a genealogical lecturer and writer who has presented at NGS conferences, RootsTech, and Legacy webinars. She is a course coordinator the IGHR and has presented at SLIG and GRIP. She is currently executive director of the Board for Certification of Genealogists and director of the annual Genealogical Institute on Federal Records (Gen-Fed) at the National Archives in Washington, D.C.
