Cheyenne Village 14th Annual Shrimp Boil
When
Event Description
The Cheyenne Village Shrimp Boil is a fun, casual event to bring awareness to our caring Colorado Springs community about individuals who live in the Pikes Peak Region with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and the services Cheyenne Village provides. Cheyenne Village is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that has been in our community for 51 years and is the oldest local residential service provider for these individuals. We serve over 400 individuals in a variety of settings. Attire is casual, and hopefully (weather allowing) outdoors. The Shrimp Boil has a rich history of stories from families who have personal experiences with us. You will hear a short story about what we do. Not long and drawn out. We promise. :) If there are any dietary restrictions, we will accommodate them.
