Dia de los Muertos Festival
The Day of the Dead ( Día de los Muertos), is a Mexican holiday where families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a brief reunion that includes food, drink and celebration. A blend of Mesoamerican ritual, European religion and Spanish culture, the holiday is celebrated each year on November 1st and 2nd. Celebrate this special time with us!

Friday, November 1st from 2:00 to 5:00 pm
Rawlings Library on the 4th floor in the Ryals Room
Each library location will have a community ofrenda and special events for Day of the Dead celebrations.
