Join us for another class in our “Food and Function” series! In this culinary experience, you will learn the art of making jellies and jams alongside perfect biscuits. Our expert Bon Appetit chef, Ed Salazar, will guide you through each step, sharing his best tips and tricks to create these classic treats. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to turn fresh fruits into beautifully set jellies and jams and the secrets to achieving flaky, tender biscuits. As a special bonus, each participant will receive handcrafted pottery created by CC artists to take home.

Students ages 9-14 must be accompanied by an adult.
