Francisco Fort Day celebrates the history and creativity of La Veta and the region. Come sip a Mountain Merman Sarsaparilla in the Saloon, and meet mountain men, blacksmiths, and storytellers. Listen to regional music, watch one of many demonstrations, and play chicken bingo. Games and crafts for kids. Founding Hispanic family pictorial review.
