IT'S GREEN CHILE TIME! Every year the first arrival of Hatch, NM, and Pueblo, CO green chile marks the beginning of the fall season for us at Summerland. We will continue to roast throughout the month of September, so stop by anytime!

All chiles are pre-roasted. Bushels and half bushels are roasted to order. Availability changes daily, please call ahead for pre-orders or order online.
