NAMI Family-to-Family Educational Class

Family-to-Family is a free, evidence-based, eight-week course for family and friends of individuals with serious mental health conditions. Among conditions discussed are: schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder (manic depression), panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, co-occurring brain disorders and addictive disorders. Classes are taught by trained NAMI family members and each class provides information about illnesses of the brain and their treatment, includes instruction and exercises on coping skills and focuses on the power of advocacy.
