Thanksgiving at Springs Orleans

Springs Orleans, located inside the historic Mining Exchange Hotel, is offering an all-you-can-eat Thanksgiving buffet. Traditional Thanksgiving offerings are included in the buffet, like turkey, prime rib, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls and green bean casserole. Staying true to Springs Orleans’s Cajun roots, the buffet also offers an in-house seafood boil, Cajun ceviche and chicken and sausage gumbo. For dessert, guests can indulge in pumpkin and pecan pie, pumpkin cheesecake and assorted pastries.

The buffet can be enjoyed by those of all ages. Adults can enjoy the buffet for $55 and children 12 years and under can dig in for $25, with mac and cheese, chicken tenders and crinkle cut fries on the kid’s menu. Drinks are not included in the price, but can be added on for an additional charge. Guests can also take advantage of free valet parking at The Mining Exchange Hotel.

The buffet runs from 11 a.m until 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, with last seating at 5 p.m. Those interested can call (719)-520-0123 to reserve a spot.
