“The War in Ukraine: Origins to Endgame”, a presentation by Dr. Anthony Tingle

The Manitou Springs Heritage Center and Museum proudly hosts Dr. Anthony Tingle and his presentation, “The War in Ukraine: Origins to Endgame”. Recently returned from Ukraine, Dr. Tingle will discuss how the war started (dating back to the Cold War), major events in the first year and a half of the war, and how it ends. Learn why the Ukraine war is the most important event in Europe this century, with long lasting ramifications for defense, economics, and the current world order.

Dr. Anthony Tingle is the Program Director of the Institute for Future Conflict at the United States Air Force Academy where he oversees research on regional conflict and military technology including artificial intelligence, cyber, and biotechnology. He is an expert on the Ukraine conflict, has consulted with the Ukrainian military, and has visited the country since the start of the war. Dr. Tingle received his Ph.D. in Public Policy from George Mason University and a BS from the United States Military Academy, at West Point.
