Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics)! Celebrate Kwanzaa with Special Guests Friends of Joda and Trini Rican Vegan

Kwanzaa is a celebration that honors the African first fruits harvest tradition. Take part in a festive cross-cultural virtual experience highlighting the principle of Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics). The program will feature members of Friends of Joda who will welcome us into the space and provide an introduction to Kwanzaa and the co-founders of Trini Rican Vegan, who will demo Caribbean vegan and plant-based holiday recipes using ingredients that can be easily obtained here in the United States.
