"With special guest UNC Chamber Choir, UNC Bands presents 'Seven Last Words of the Unarmed,' written by Atlanta composer Joel Thompson. Each of the featured piece’s 7 movements quotes the last words of an unarmed Black man before he was killed: Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, Oscar Grant, Eric Garner, Kenneth Chamberlain, Amadou Diallo, and John Crawford."
