A free Watercolor Magic: Blending & Contrast Workshop will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025 with artist Julie Hutslar in collaboration with the West Custer County Library in Westcliffe’s 3rd Street Gallery at 59000 N. Highway 69 in Westcliffe, Colorado. Artist Julie Hutslar will help you explore blending and contrasting colors with ease. Beginners are welcome and art supplies are provided.
