Event Description

The Youth Documentary Academy presents the World Premiere of new films produced by the Class of 2024.
This year, 13 new films will screen across two screening blocks: a 3pm afternoon block and a 6:30pm evening block. Your ticket includes admission to either or both blocks.

Join Pikes Peak Poet Laureate, Ashley Cornelius, as she introduces us to the next generation of storytellers from the Rocky Mountain region.

From immigration and body image to faith and family, from homelessness and namesakes to memory and motherhood (and more!), come watch impactful stories as diverse as the youth who tell them.

To continue the dialogue that begins in the theatre, a connections corridor of community groups will be tabling in the lobby, forming a lively town’s square, full of community resources. Food trucks will be available from 5-6pm in between screening blocks.
Tickets are also available for a special reception from 5-6pm at Cornerstone and include food and drinks plus a private meeting with the 2024 YDA filmmakers and staff. The special reception is sponsored by the TDB Family Foundation and all proceeds support the Youth Documentary Academy.

Come meet the amazing youth in our community who are opening the door to courageous conversations. See you at the movies!
General Admission Tickets: $15 | VIP Reception + Screenings: $75
