Alex Cameron released his second album, "Forced Witness," last year. The Australian singer crafts plush synth-pop songs with wailing saxophones and sultry lyrics. The album features contributions from notable indie rock musicians Angel Olsen and Jonathan Rado of Foxygen.

Cameron and his band stopped into the CPR Performance Studio before a show at Denver's Globe Hall to play four songs. Cameron also spoke with Jeremy Petersen about opening for a recent Killers tour, balancing personal songs with fictional character studies and connecting with fans via social media.
