Phoebe Bridgers, Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker are extraordinary songwriters with distinguished individual careers. The three musicians joined forces this summer to write and record a six-song EP as Boygenius. They did so over the course of just four days in Los Angeles.

Boygenius recently performed in the CPR Performance Studio before a show at Denver's Ogden Theatre. Bridgers, Dacus and Baker played a few songs and spoke with Alisha Sweeney about how the collaboration came together, how they pass time on the road and their recent karaoke song choices.
