Ben Pisano started Corsicana as a one-man-band while in high school. The Denver musician has since explored ambient rock music characterized by soaring falsettos and dream-pop melodies. Pisano produced and played every instrument on his debut album, "Haven," which features songs that often hit the seven- or eight-minute mark.

Pisano on his experience in the Denver music scene:
"It feels, to be totally honest, a little bit fractured sometimes. But I'm hoping that more people can talk and come together and collaborate on more things in order to create a stronger sense of community."
On writing and producing "Haven":
“It’s definitely a concept album in my mind. … With each song I tried not to make it too literal. But also not obscure things. It’s sort of dreamlike in some places.”
Songs performed:
- "Revelry"
- "Attrition"
- "Patron"
- "Discomposure"
