The calls and text messages from campaigns who got your number God-knows-how? The house parties and phonebanks that really earnest friend always wants you to go to? They're all part of the ground game -- the tried-and-true strategy to persuade voters to return their ballots. And this year, like everything else, it's been upended by the COVID-19 pandemic.
