Denver Restaurant Week kicks off today amid a contentious debate over how restaurant workers in Colorado should get paid. Then, crashes on I-70 led to a 9-hour closure this week and calls to change the rules for truckers. Plus, what happened to Colorado’s effort to stay on daylight saving time?
