Interview highlights:
Tate on recording music in a solitary mountain location:
"That was important to me to have that creative freedom. To not be in a studio setting with the pressure of time and money. But just to really get obsessed."
On writing the album with Colorado artists like Chimney Choir and Macon Terry:
"I really feel so lucky to be able to collaborate with all these people whose ideas went into the songs. ... Fleshing them out with everybody was instrumental. No pun intended."
Songs performed:
- "Calling"
- "Your Type"
- "Little While"
