On this episide of 91.5 KRCC's Air Check, we hand the microphone to our longtime intern Paulina Ukrainets during the music roundtable, and Vicky talks with Honour Council, a local four-piece shoegaze band whose debut e.p., Molecule, has been on regular rotation around the 91.5 KRCC studios.

PART TWO: Honour Council
Honor Council's sound is deep and textured, bringing to mind classic shoegaze bands like My Bloody Valentine, Ride, and Cocteau Twins. Composed of Colorado College alumni Sam Fason and Ian Huschle, and graduating seniors Lena Farr-Morrisey and Gwen Wolfenbarger, the band has made waves on campus and in the broader Colorado Springs community in recent months. Their newly recorded e.p. is called Molecule.
They played a couple songs and chatted with Music Director Vicky Gregor in the recording studio of Colorado College's Packard Hall. Special thanks to Lewis Keller for engineering the recording.
