The United States is launching an effort to counter the dominance of groups like ISIS on social media and officials are drawing on some experts: college students.
Last week, teams from three Colorado schools competed in a statewide contest funded by the U.S. State Department to come up with a plan for using the internet to take on terrorism. The Community College of Aurora beat out groups from the Air Force Academy and the University of Colorado Boulder.
