Fresh veggies and juices, yoga, art, and even a DJ! The Mo’ Betta Green Marketplace is not your typical Farmer’s Market! For just more than a decade now, it's been a staple in some of metro-Denver's most underserved communities that have been designated as food deserts. All are welcome to partake in what’s clearly been a labor of love for the market’s matriarch, Beverly Grant. The life-long Denverite grew up in Park Hill. She spoke with Chandra in 2022.

This year's 14th annual farmer's market is open every Saturday through October 12 at the Charles Cousin Plaza next to the Blair Caldwell African American Research Library in Denver's historic Five Points neighborhood.
