"An unbelievable story of rape" is the title of a new investigative report by nonprofit journalism organizations ProPublica and The Marshall Project. The story lends insight into law enforcement procedures and the handling of rape investigations. The lens is a case of serial rapes in Colorado. T. Christian Miller co-wrote the story with Ken Armstrong of The Marshall Project. Miller spoke to Colorado Matters host Ryan Warner.
