Today is Black Women's Equal Pay Day, the day to which a Black woman has to work into 2022 -- in addition to all of 2021 -- to earn the same pay that a non-Hispanic white man earned the previous year. A growing body of research asserts that Black women make 58 cents for every dollar made by white men for comparable work. That
