A grand jury has found the staff at the state’s mental health hospital in Pueblo is responsible for the death of a patient last year. Troy Geske died while being restrained at the Colorado Mental Health Institute. John Ferrugia is an investigative reporter for 7 News in Denver. He first uncovered problems at the facility a few years ago. He says Geske was schizophrenic and had been taken into an isolation room after officials said he became combative.
