Governor Jared Polis irked some local leaders – as he pitched Proposition HH this week. That’s the ballot measure designed to ease skyrocketing property taxes. Colorado Counties, Incorporated says the governor was unfair when he said the legislature had to step in with HH because local governments hadn't acted.
